I didn't receive an order or shipment tracking notification

If you placed an order and did not receive an order confirmation, order notification or tracking notification, then the following are possible reasons :

  • Please check your SPAM/junk-mail folder, and see if you can locate emails from RebelBod.com. Your email host may have placed your notification in junk / spam folder by error. Please make sure your junk-mail/SPAM settings allows RebelBod.com to send you email.
  • Your order may have the wrong email address - you can try to login with your email address if you had created an account on Rebelbod.com. You can also contact Rebel Bod Support and we'll be happy to check that for you. Please provide us your full name and your correct email address. If possible, please tell us a simple description of what you had ordered.
